御门听政与康熙之治

清朝御门听政早在顺治朝即已有之 ,及康熙朝形成定制。康熙帝每日清晨御乾清门听政 ;皇帝出巡则在行宫听政。皇帝听政时辰主要经历了“黎明进奏”与“定时视朝”两个阶段。御门听政是清朝治国最重要的措施 ,它不仅是康熙帝勤政的标志 ,更是清朝前期推行皇权统治 ,迅速走向强大统一的基本保证。御门听政是抗灾减灾 ,恢复农业经济的中枢。康熙帝建立并施行御门听政制度 ,表明他的勤政思想和坚定划一的统治风格以及修明政治 ,强化皇权 ,建立强大清帝国的决心 ,乃得“守成而兼创业”的一代明君之称号

Holding Court Personally and the Rule of Emperor Kangxiin the Qing Dynasty

The emperor holding court personally in the Qing Dynasty appeared early in the days of emperor Shunzhi's, and it became an institute by the time of emperor Kangxi's rule. Emperor Kangxi came at Qianqing Palace at dawn (5-7 o'clock) holding court everyday. When the emperor went on inspection tour, he , the emperor, would hold court at the palace away from the capital. Emperor Kangxi, after all, brought the empire to its prosperous peak.
