| 摘 要： | 正义是人类自古以来永恒不舍的追求,在全球环境日益恶化的今天,需要新的正义价值理念引领,环境正义应运而生。环境正义就是要求人类在处理环境危机时做到环境权利与环境义务的公平合理的分配与承担,以求整个人类共存与可持续发展。本研究立足于分析当前国际环境正义存在的问题,提出了我国在国际环境正义建设中应采取的对策。

| Abstract: | Justice has always been the pursuit by human ever since ancient times.In the ever - devastating global environment of today,a new justice value concept is needed to lead the human kind.And thus,environmental justice emerged.Environmental justice requires human in circumstances dealing with environmental crisis,to act with fair and reasonable allocation and shouldering of environmental rights and environmental obligations, to search for co - existence of human and the nature and sustainable development.The contents and implementation methodology of environmental justice deeply affect the sustainable development of global resources. |
