论高职教育的激励机制

摘    要:激励,这一管理职能在高职教育管理中具有一种实际意义,发挥着一定作用。典型激励,目标激励,负激励及荣誉激励各有特点,在高职教育中广泛应用。物质和精神激励的结合,正负激励的结合,长期和短期激励的结合,构成了多对哲学范畴,它们是辩证统一的,这对现实高职教育管理,具有一定的指导作用。

Abstract:Encouragement,which is a kind of management function in reality,has played an important role in higher vocational education.Model encouragement,target encouragement,negative encouragement and honour encouragement all have their own characteristics and they have been widely used in higher vocational education.The combination of material encouragement with mental encouragement,positive encouragement with negative encouragement,and long-term encouragement with short-term encouragement has formed several couples of philosophical categories,which are dialectical and have directive function in practical management of higher vocational education.
