摘    要:世纪之交中国高等教育面临着来自各方面的挑战与冲击 ,世界各国对人才培养的目标取向也赋予了更多的涵义与更高的要求。在这样一种宏观背景下 ,本文站在 2 1世纪的高度 ,洞悉当代科学技术发展的趋势和特点 ,按照我国社会发展的要求和国际竟争的态势 ,深入地思考未来世界和中国需要高等教育培养什么样的人才 ,并以此为出发点 ,探讨我国高等教育改革的基本思路

Abstract:Chinese higher education is confronted with various challenges and impacts at the crossing of the new century. Each country gives more meanings and higher demands to the option of the aim of personnel training. Under this kind of macroscopic circumstances, the authors of this essay have a clear idea of the tendency and features about contemporary scientific and technological development. According to the demand of social development in china and the competitive situation in the world, they think deeply about the talents needed by future China and the world, and that talents ought to trained by higher education institutions, and through these thoughts, they probe into the basic thinking of china's reform of higher education.
