| 摘 要： | “以市场换技术”作为我国引资实践的一项重大战略,是在20世纪80年代初开始逐步形成的,先后经历了一个从试验探索到正式确立、从数量扩张到质量提高的发展历程。“以市场换技术”依次经历了试验探索阶段、数量扩张阶段和调整提高阶段,三个阶段的基本情况、政策法规和阶段特征有其不同之处。

| Abstract: | As a great strategy of attracting foreign capital practice in our nation,the standpoint of"Exchange Market for Technology"which experience from experiment exploring to establishment,from expanding in quantity to enhancing in quality has been formed at the beginning of 1980's.The paper proposed a new partition from the angle of history.The history of "Exchange Market for Technology" has been divided into three main phases,experiment exploring,expanding in quantity and enhancing in quality.At the end,the paper gives the details of basic information,policy and characteristic of three phases. |
