论全球化与反全球化

全球化自生成以来,已经并正在深刻地改变我们的世界和影响我们每个人的生活,全球化是我们的时代的特征。然而,近年来,全球化在信息化和已见端倪的知识经济的强力推动下迅猛发展之时,反全球化却在此背景下悄然生成,并迅猛发展成为席卷全球的新浪潮,其发展之快、影响之大、范围之广是我们必须关注的反全球化的全球化。因此,全球化和反全球化在我们的时代同时存在。全球化有利有弊,反全球化也有合理性。但全球化的利远大于弊,面对全球化和反全球化,我们应该积极应对,趋利避害,成为全球化的“收益者”。

Globalism and Anti-globalism

As a feature of our times,globalism has been and is greatly changing our world and influencing our lives since it came into being.However,in recent years,when globalism is developing rapidly under the propelling of information and knowledge economy,anti-globalism has come into being quietly and has developed in such a fast and widespread way that we must pay attention to it.Today globalism and antiglobalism coexist with the former having its advantages and disadvawtages and the latter having its rationality.However,the advantages of globalism overweigh its disadvantages,and we should react positively to globalism and antiglobalism,taking their advantages and avoiding the disadvantages to become their beneficiaries.
