| Abstract: | The national colloquium of multi-shares system has been held in Hebei University.The representatives held a deep discussion about the theoretical and practical issues on this subject matter. The meeting dealt mainly with three questions,-which are the implication of multi-shares,the origin a n d necessity of the capitalization of labor-force,-and some concrete proplems in setting up labor-force shares. |
