| 摘 要： | 以动态教学评价理论为基础，综合应用网络技术和教育测量技术，探讨了高校动态教学评价系统的构建。通过网络调查搜集数据确立评教评学指标并实施评教，将多维度、多主体评价相结合、应用模糊评价技术进行统计、再以信度分析等技术进行评价调控，在源头、过程、技术、应用四个层面分析的基础上，确定了网络动态教学评价系统设计方案。
