| 摘 要： | 以城市综合交通枢纽工程为研究对象,利用利益相关者理论对枢纽项目的成功进行定义并从利益相关者角度分析其整体建设需求,采用QFD法将枢纽整体功能需求进一步转化,建立综合交通枢纽工程设计策划质量屋。成果在天津站综合交通枢纽的实际工程中应用,并根据分析结果对运营管理模式有针对性地进行专题研究,验证了利益相关者理论及QFD法在枢纽设计策划中的可行性。

| Abstract: | With the integrated transportation hub as the target of this study,the success of the hub project was defined by the Stakeholder theory and the whole project needs were analyzed from the perspective of the stakeholder,the overall functional requirements of the hub were given a further analysis with QFD method,and the design planning house of quality of the integrated transportation hub project was established.With the practical application on the integrated transport hub in Tianjin,there is a special study on the operation and management model based on the analysis of the study results,which verify the feasibility of the stakeholder theory and QFD method on the hub design. |
