| 摘 要： | “官本位”意识是一种腐朽的封建思想意识,它的形成有其深刻的历史文化根源和社会现实根源,它在当今社会生活中有着种种表现。“官本位”意识严重阻碍了我省全民创业氛围的形成,必须从转变人的思想意识和创建良好外部环境入手,彻底破除“官本位”意识,促进我省全民创业良好氛围的形成。

| Abstract: | "The officialdom standard" consciousness is one kind of decayed feudalistic thinking consciousness.Its formation has its profound historical culture root and the social realistic root,it has all sorts of performance in the social life now.The "officialdom standard" consciousness seriously hindered all the people to start an undertaking atmosphere formation in our province,and we have to transform human's ideology and obtain the foundation of good external environment,abolish the "officialdom standard" consciousness thoroughly,and promote the good atmosphere formation. |
