An Investigation to the Educational Innovation about "Two Courses"

At the beginning of this century,the new trend o f knowledge economy has brought many opportunities to the development of our cou ntry. But at the same time it has also brought severe challenges. The "two cour ses" which serve the need of the social development in the colleges and univer sities must keep pace with the times,carry on the reform and innovation in educ ational ideas ,the content of courses,the teaching ways and methods and examin ations etc. The "two courses" should fully develop the "main channel" functi on of the moral education,lead students to establish the ideal of building the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics,scientific world view,outlook o n life,outlook on value. And it should accomplish the basic task that cultivate s high quality subjects who are needed by the socialist modernization. In this w ay it prompts the realization of the objective of a struggle to build a well-to- do society completely.
