宗白华美学与生命哲学

在 2 0世纪三四十年代出现的生命哲学思潮中 ,宗白华以美学独具一格。宗白华之所以选择美学 ,不仅是出于个人的学术偏好 ,而且是出于对生命本体的深刻认识。宗白华认为真正的生命本体是中国哲学中的“生动” ,而不是西方哲学中的“运动”。生动的本体是不可以由名言述说的 ,因此 ,他由哲学转向艺术 ,转向美学 ,试图通过文艺创作和美学散步 ,显示“不可捉摸”的生命本体。由此 ,宗白华一方面为审美、艺术找到了最自明的基础 ,另一方面也显示了艺术、美学对哲学的特殊贡献

Zong Baihua's Aesthetics and Lebensphilosophie

Zong Baihua's aesthetics has special characteristics in the trent of Lebensphilosophie which prevailed in the first half of the 20 th century in China. Zong chooses aesthetics not only because of his academic taste, but also his deep knowledge of life noumenon. Zong thinks that the real life noumenon is not physical movement or biological impulse without order as western philosophers usually claimed, but rhythmic vitality as traditional Chinese philosophers advocated. He tries hard to manifest the life noumenon through poetizing and aesthetic wandering.
