以德治国与高校德育

“以德治国”是适应历史发展要求的治国方略。以德育人的核心是使受教育者具有社会主义所需要的思想道德素质。把德育放在教育的首位 ,是教育的普遍现象。“德治”是目的 ,“德育”是手段 ,要真正落实“以德治国”的战略思想 ,就必须发挥道德教育的作用 ,通过“育”达到“治”。
