管理控制论在企业间协作中应用的实证研究

以管理控制论为理论基础,以制造行业企业间协作问题为研究对象,应用必要变数定律及活性系统模型,通过对汽车制造企业的案例分析,研究在环境不确定条件下,企业间协作以及组织间信息系统与之匹配度对企业间协作绩效影响的问题。研究发现,企业间协作以及信息系统对企业间协作绩效影响显著性明显;在环境不确性高的条件下,采用紧密协作及频繁使用组织间信息系统支持的方式协作绩效好,但边际效用会减小。研究结果初步证实了管理控制论可作为在组织管理研究领域应用的一个理论基础;针对企业面临组织环境不确定性企业间协作问题以及信息系统应用这一管理现象也具有一定的启示。

An empirical research on application of managerial cybernetics in inter-organizational coordination

This research uses managerial cybernetics,including the law of requisite variety and viable system model to analyse the manufacturing inter-organizational coordination,and inter-organizational information system(IOIS) under environmental uncertainty.By a typical case study in automobile company,the results show that the interaction of environmental uncertainty,inter-organizational coordination and IOIS has a significant mark on the coordination effectiveness,and the effectiveness is positive with active coordination and frequent usage of IOIS in high environmental uncertainty.The research results testified the validity of managerial cybernetics' application to the organizational research,and they also show the enlightenment for inter-organizational management practice.
