治工作是大学生成才的重要前提和保证。随着网络信息技术的发展，自媒体的广泛应用，大学生的思想观念、价值取向、心理、
行为模式等受自媒体的影响正发生较大的变化，传统思想政治工作的方式方法已不能适应新要求，需要高校思想政治工作者
把握自媒体时代大学生的新特点，转变工作思路，创新工作理念，开创大学生思想政治工作的新局面。

| Abstract: | College students, as younger generation, are valuable human resources and the future builders of the
motherland. In addition to learning professional knowledge and skills well, ideological and political work is an
important premise and guarantee for college students'' grow. With the development of information technology,
we-media has been widely used, which has a great impact on college students'' ideology, values, psychological and
behavioral patterns. The traditional ways for ideological and political work can not meet the new requirements. The
ideological and political workers in colleges should grasp the new characteristics of college students in we-media
times, change thinking, innovate ideas, create a new situation of ideological and political work |
