省级学位与研究生教育质量保障机制初探——以湖北省为例

从我国学位与研究生教育发展过程中,逐步构建的中央、地方、学位授予单位相结合的学位与研究生教育三级管理体制,其中省级政府的作用并没有得到充分发挥这一现象为切入点。以湖北省为个案,通过对省级学位与研究生教育质量保障机制的现状调查分析,结合国内外省级学位与研究生教育质量保障机制已有的工作经验,提出建立与健全省级学位与研究生教育质量保障机制的理论构想。

The Quality Assurance Mechanism of Provincial Degree and Postgraduate Education--A Case Study in Hubei Province

Considering the development of the academic degree and postgraduate education in China, the three - class manage-ment system of the academic degree and postgraduate education resulted from the combinative management of central government, local government and degree - granting units is built, while the role of provincial government does not work very well. Regarding the phenomenon as the starting point and from a case study in Hubei Province, according to the analysis of the current situation of quality assurance mechanism of provincial degree and postgraduate education, and based on the existing working experience of quality assurance mechanism of provincial degree and postgraduate education at home and abroad, this paper comes up with a blue print of establishing and perfecting the quality assurance mechanism of provincial degree and postgraduate education.
