从水浒好汉与法度的矛盾看学界论《水浒传》的新倾向

水浒好汉冒犯国家法度有出于对正义的追求,但也有只顾私情的成分,而当时的国家法度为权奸所利用,因此对法度本身有是否应该完全遵从的疑问。从特定时代的政治或社会形势出发对水浒事业全盘肯定或全盘否定都是不恰当的,是没有看到《水浒传》反映的人情与法度的永恒矛盾意义的。

The New Trend in the Academic Studies of Heroes of the Marshes in Terms of the Contradiction between the Law and Heroes of the Marshes

Some Water Margin heroes violated national law for the pursuit of justice, while others did so out of private concerns. As the novel revealed, the national law was dominated by some treacherous court officials. So there is often the doubt if the law should be complied with. The overall affirmation or total negation of the water margin heroes＇ deeds merely in terms of the politi-cal or social situation of a specific era is not appropriate. People who hold such an attitude fail to realize the permanent contradic-tions between the human relationship and legal practice as reflected in Heroes of the Marshes.
