| 摘 要： | 地方高校只有在为地方经济发展的服务中,主动扩大为社会服务的职能,才能在市场竞争中得到发展。为此,地方高校的科学研究要以应用性为主,坚持“教学、科研、生产”相结合的原则,开展应用性技术开发和横向经济协作;进一步完善科研体制,建立科技开发机构和科、工、贸一体化的经济实体;通过横向经济协作,加速地方高校科技成果的转化。

| Abstract: | The local universitied can progress against the market competition only when they enlarge the range of social services to meet the needs of the local economic development. For this reason, the scientific researches of local universities should aim at the application, stick to the rule of the combination of" teaching, researching and production", and develop the technical exploration in application and crosswise collaboration in economy as well, so as to accelerate the transformation of scientific fruits of local universities. |
