| 摘 要： | 永佃权制度是当今国际上普遍适用的一种土地制度,其作为抗战时期特有的一种土地使用制度,对于稳定租佃关系、保障农村经济发展有其独到之处。目前,伴随着农村改革的深入,现行土地承包经营权制度已呈现诸多缺陷。我们可以借鉴抗战时期的永佃权制度,进一步改革现有的土地制度。

| Abstract: | Permanent Tenancy System is prevailing applicable land-system in the present world,which was a typical land-system during The War of Resistance Against Japan.It was an original way to stabilize tenantry relation,and also insure the economical development of rural area.At the moment,the defects in the present system on the right of contracting and management system have already assumed massive proportions in company with the deepening of village reform,so its reform is imperative under current circumstances. |
