| 摘 要： | As one of the best-known snacks in Tianjin, Goubuli baozi dates back to the late Qing Dynasty （1644-1911）. It was named after the nickname （Goubuli） of the snack store＇s earliest owner, Gao Guiyou. Given the unique ＂eight-step cooking process,＂ the stuffing in the steamed bun mainly made from pork is tender, tasty, but not greasy. |
