| 摘 要： | Bianyifang Roast Duck Founded in 1416, the first-known Bianyifang restaurant was located in Mishi Hutong, Caishikou （now in western Beijing＇s Xuanwu District）. The restaurant offered crispy and tasty roast duck （kao ya） and spring chicken （tongzi ji）. Both dishes were very popular with customers. |
