| 摘 要： | 针对当前我国高等学校中师资管理存在的问题,从理论上对传统人事管理与现代师资管理进行了比较分析,提出了从传统人事管理向现代师资管理转变的途径和方式,进一步提出了我国高等学校现代师资管理的新模式.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems of the qualified teachers management existing in our country's institutions of higher learning,having theoretically carried out the comparative analyses of the traditional personnel management and the modern qualified teachers management,this paper puts forward some approaches to transform the traditional personnel management to the modern qualified teachers management.Furthermore,a new model of modern qualified teachers management in our country's institutions of higher learning is given. |
