| 摘 要： | 长期以来,在美欧贸易摩擦和冲突中,欧盟一直处于守势。欧盟为了突破美国的影响,开拓新的贸易市场,增强欧盟的竞争实力,采取加强欧中贸易关系的战略。而中国抓住了这一发展中欧贸易的机遇,选择欧盟作为走向世界市场的突破口,削弱了美国对华贸易遏制的影响。

| Abstract: | Since World War II,EU is defensive position in US-EU trade.Now EU adopt the new stratagem for reinforcing EU-China trade,in order to breakthrough US impact,exploit new market,increase EU competitive ability.Also,China catch hold of this opportunity to develop EU-China trade and enter the World Market quickly for weakening US impact to China. |
