| 摘 要： | 青年是经济发展过程中最具增值潜力的人力资源，人力资本投资的数量和方向不仅决定着其未来的职业，更是其拥有较高劳动生产率以及事业成功的关键。对青年人力资本投资成本和收益进行分析，论证青年在人力资本投资过程中预期与现实、方向选择与综合技能培养方面对立统一的问题，为建立较为科学的青年人力发展模式提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | In the course of economic development,youth is the most potential human resource with increment.The quantity and direction of youth's human resource investment not only determine the youth' future career,but also are the key of possessing higher labor productivity and success in career.On the base of analysis of the cost and return of youth human capital investment,the paper tried to demonstrate the antinomy and unification of expectation and reality,choice about direction and comprehensive skills in the course of the youth human resource investment.The paper provided the theoretical basis on the scientific human development mode for youth. |
