| 摘 要： | 在激烈的人才竞争背景下,高层次人才的引进是加强高校师资队伍建设的有效途径,也是关系学校发展前途的一项重要工作。高校要以科学人才观为指导,积极营造良好的环境氛围,创新人才引进机制,有效地凝聚海内外高层次人才,推进师资队伍建设。

| Abstract: | The employment of higher-level faculty members proves an effective way to promote the teacher-development work at colleges and universities,and an important strategy for the future development of the latter,in the background of fierce competitions for talented employees.Colleges and universities should,on a scientific basis,try to create favorable surroundings and innovate relevant mechanisms,so as to attract more talented persons both at home and abroad,thereby better achieving their teacher-development goals. |
