| 摘 要： | 明代文官的省亲、展墓制度经历了由明初"特命而行"到洪熙以后"奉例而行"的制度化过程,主要有给假归省和便道归省两种形式。在传统政治文化背景下,明代文官的省亲、展墓制度具有协调忠孝关系的社会政治意义。

| Abstract: | The rules of civil official's visiting was systematized from imperial order to established practice after Hongxi period of Ming dynasty.The civil official could ask for a special leave to visit his parents(or his parents's graves) or go home on his official business' way.The system was important for the Dynasty to coordinate the official loyal and filial duty on the background of traditional political culture of china. |
