| 摘 要： | 文章运用马克思主义哲学的唯物辩证法,针对大学班级管理的特点,提出了“三主式”的管理哲学思维从客体与主体的关系看,树立主体观念,把全班学生当成管理工作的主人翁;从物质与精神的关系看,发挥精神作用,将正面教育作为管理工作的主旋律;从一般与个别的关系看,作好个别工作,将典型示范作为管理工作的主导力。

| Abstract: | With Marxist Materialist Dialectics, the paper puts forward "Three principle relations" class management patterns: in the relations of subjects and objects, students should be taken as the main body of class management; in the relations of materials and spirit, positive education should the principle part of class management; in the relations of individual and collective, individual examples should be the dominate part of class management. |
