| 摘 要： | 中央银行的主要任务是控制货币供应和信贷,而中央银行任务的实施是通过“货币政策”。计划经济体制下的中央银行与市场经济体制下的中央银行的作用是完全不同的,中国人民银行宏观调控体制改革是实现由计划经济体制向社会主义市场经济体制转轨的关键步骤。

| Abstract: | The main purpose of the central bank is to control the supply of money and credit and this control is exercised through" monetary policy". The role of the central bank is quite different in planned economic system and market economic system. The reform of the maero-coordinate and control system of the Chinese People's Bank is a key procedure to realize the change from the planned economic system to the socialst market economic system. |
