| 摘 要： | 房地产权属登记是对房地产物权的确认和公示,对国家和房地产权利人具有十分重要的意义。由于我国土地物权登记与房屋物权登记具有本质的不同,房地产管理体制本身的问题以及房地产权属登记制度立法的不严密,致使实践中权属登记的发证主体混乱。完善我国现行房地产权属登记制度有利于我国房地产业的发展。
