| 摘 要： | 积极心态是大学生全面和谐发展所需的重要心理素质。高等职业院校培养大学生积极心态是实践科学发展观的内在要求,也是保障大学生全面、和谐、可持续发展的必然要求。高等职业院校要全面贯彻落实科学发展观,以人为本,构建高等学校大学生积极心态培养长效机制,包括教育机制、环境机制和评价机制,促进大学生全面、和谐和可持续发展。

| Abstract: | A positive mindset is the key psychological qualities of the students of vocation-oriented technological colleges （hereafter referred to as VTC）. Cultivating the VTC students＇ positive mindset is inherent requirement of implementing the view of scientific development. In order to promote the VTC students＇ comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development vocation-oriented technological colleges are suggested to cultivate their students＇ positive mindset as the view of scientific development requires, and establish long effective human-being-oriented mechanisms, such as educational mechanism, environmental mechanism, and appraisal mechanism. |
