历史文化名城旅游开发中的不谐和因子研究

城市的旅游资源丰富,并非就一定能够很好地发展旅游业。我国历史文化名城在旅游开发过程中,受资源、设施、决策、科技等客观和主观因素的影响,产生诸多不谐和因子。这些不谐和因子主要表现在两个方面:一是旅游资源本身,这是客观存在的问题;二是旅游资源在向旅游业转化过程中的问题,这是人为的主观原因造成的。科学制订保护与开发的规划方案,综合治理好旅游整体大环境,适度设计抽象人文吸引物的转化方式,理性突出古特色建设,逐步消除利用中的不谐和因子,是实现资源与旅游业共生发展的良好模式。

A Study of the Unharmonious Factors in the Work of Tour Developing Famous Historic and Cultural Cities

The richness of the city's tour resources does not mean it can well develop its tour course. Owing to the effect of the subjective and the objective factors such as resources, facilities i policy decision, science and technology. during the tour development of the famous historic cultural cities of our country there arise many unharmonious factors, which mainly express in the following two respects: One is the tour resources themselves, this is the objective question; the other arises in the period while the tour resources are being turning to the tour industry, this is a man -made subjective question. It is the way to gradually eliminating the unharmonious factors and the way to the good modei for realizing co-development of the tour resources and tour industry to scientifically make safeguarding and developing plan, well multi-run the overall tour environment ,properly design the transforming forrn for abstract human attractive things and rationally stress the construction of ancient feature.
