| 摘 要： | 在建设创新型国家的发展战略下,建设创新型甘肃是全面建设小康社会的必然要求,而产业集群作为一种有创新优势和竞争优势的新型产业组织形式,其创新能力在世界各国得到了肯定。甘肃产业集群发展相对滞后,应重点培养一些带动力强、有竞争力的大企业,并大力发展中小企业,推进产业核心集聚区建设,促进产业集群的形成和发展。

| Abstract: | Building an innovative Gansu province is a requirement for overall construction of well-off society in the background of building an innovative country.The innovative ability of industrial clusters has been confirmed in the world,as a new form of industrial organization with innovative and competitive advantages.The innovation and development of industrial clusters in Gansu Province lag behind.Some strong boost and competitive large enterprises should be fostered with priority,small and medium enterprises should be developed vigorously to promote the building of industry core concentration areas and push the forming and developing of the industrial clusters. |
