| 摘 要： | 近年来我国入围世界500强的企业数量逐年增加。与西方大企业相比,通过保护、强制合并等行政干预形成大企业是我国发展大企业的特色。与发展中国家大企业对比,我国大企业的发展模式是正确的;与世界500强企业对比,我国大企业还存在一些不足。因此,我国应制定完善的产业政策,在竞争性领域培育发展大企业。

| Abstract: | More and more China enterprises are nominated in world top 500 enterprises year by year.Compared with western big businesses,China′s big enterprises are mostly merged and protected by government features.Number comparison with those in developing countries,the development mode of enterprises in China is right.Compared with top Fortune 500,big businesses in China have some deficiencies.More perfect industry policy should be formulated to develop enterprises in competitive areas. |
