| 摘 要： | 目前,现代服务业在我国经济社会发展中的地位日益重要,但是,仍存在注重城市现代服务业而忽视农村现代服务业发展、重视现代生产者服务业而轻视现代消费者服务业发展的现象,缺乏对现代服务业按照竞争程度进一步的划分。政府在城市现代服务业和农村现代服务业,垄断性、转型性与竞争性服务业中的政策导向,应体现出区域和行业差异。

| Abstract: | The important role of modern service industry has been focused on increasingly.However,for a long time,urban services and producer services have been emphasized and rural services as well as consumer services have been neglected.Further division of modern services according to the level of competition is in want.Governmental guide functions should reflect regional and industrial differences in urban and rural services as well as in policy-oriented in monopoly,transitional and competitive industry. |
