| Abstract: | The current severe employment circumstances have an unprecedented impact on college students＇ employment and have given rise to great pressures on their psychology, which affects them to varying degrees in the field of cognition, mood and human communication. The paper brings forward some tactics to deal with these psychological barriers in job-hunting from such levels as universities, individual student and the government. |
