论高校危机管理的策略

高校面对危机，一是建立危机的预警机制，未雨绸缪，立足早预防、早发现、早处理；二是一旦发生危机，要迅速启动危机处理机制，坚决遏制危机蔓延，将危机损失降到最低；三是危机过后，要做好善后工作，避免发生次生危机；四是认真总结经验教训，发现和抓住危机中的机遇，化危机为契机，改进工作，进一步促进学校发展。

ON TACTICS OF DEALING WITH CRISIS IN COLLEGES & UNIVERSITIES

Faced with a crisis, colleges and universities should firstly build early warning mechanism for the crisis, take precautions, put prevention first, early spotting and immediate settling. Then once a crisis occurs, they should get started the mechanism of handling the crisis, be decisive in bringing under control the spreading of the crisis, try to minimize the loss caused by the crisis. Thirdly after the crisis, they should deal with problems arising from the crisis so as to avoid secondary crisis. Finally they should learn from experience carefully, spot and take hold of the opportunities emerging from the crisis, change the crisis into a turning point, improve the work in school and boost the further development of the school.
