| Abstract: | In the development of logisitcs industry, the government intervention has been paid greater attention to because of a concurrence of market failure and government failure. To solve the problem of the government failure, it is of vital importance to ask for the government＇ s lawful regulation. The best option for local government is to implement lawful regulation by means of enacting the local laws involving logistics so as to promote the development of logistical industry in the Central Plains Economic Zone. |
