| 摘 要： | 从本质上讲,本科生导师制是一种教学制度设计,在本科生教学中发挥着独特的作用。在当前高校的育人体制中,导师、班主任和辅导员宜各司其职,各守其位,既不能"缺位",也不能"越位"。本科生导师制的"导学"理念可以归纳为关注学生的个体、依赖师生双方的合作以及对待知识的独特态度等。

| Abstract: | In essence,the college undergraduate tutorial system is a design for teaching system,and plays a unique role in undergraduate teaching.The tutors,head teachers and instructors are advised to carry out their duties in the university educational institutions.The "guidance" concept of tutor can be summarized as:paying attention to students′ individual development and relying on the cooperation and the unique attitude of knowledge,etc. |
