| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国确立了“公民意识”的概念，且其内涵逐步丰富。公民意识是指公民对自己在国家和社会生活中的身份、地位、作用以及行为方式的自我认知。即公民认识到，在一个民主的国家里，作为国家主人的公民，要以平等的身份，按照法治和道德要求，积极参与社会政治生活和社会事务。在参与社会政治生活和社会事务中享有权利，履行义务，承担责任。

| Abstract: | Since reform and open, the concept of Citizenship has been formed in China and its connotations have been enriched. Citizenship means a citizen＇s self-consciousness of his identity, status, roles and behaviours in the state and socity, i.e. citizens are aware that as one of the owners of the country in a democratic state, he is to take an active part in political life and social affairs, enjoying rights, fulfilling duties and bear responsibility according to the requirements of the rule of law and morality with equal identity. |
