| Abstract: | It is an important task for Chinese universities to promote quality education on a full scale in order to foster capable people for the construction of modernization in the 21" century. The author discusses the essential meaning of quality education from a few angles and points out that further development of quality education requires correct understanding and handling of several important relationships. |
