| Abstract: | Deportation system is stipulated in criminal law and administrative law. In judicial practice, we always easily confuse those two types of deportation. Deportation system in criminal law is quite general, and operability is relatively poor, so it is necessary to further clarify and refine the deportation system. This paper studies the deportation system in criminal law and in administrative law. Application and implementation issues, the issue of time are the focus of this paper. |
