面向创新应用型人才培养的工业工程综合实验室建设

由于工业工程学科的交叉性、综合性和应用性,实验和实践环节在工业工程专业人才培养中占有重要地位。专业实验室是本专业人才培养和科学研究的必要设施,也是与理论教学相呼应的重要实践平台。结合工业工程的专业特点,进行工业工程综合实验室的建设工作。阐述工业工程综合实验室的规划思想和实施方案,构建软硬件并重、面向现代专业技术、强调基础专业技能的综合立体开放实验平台,并对应规划基于CDIO培养模式的综合实践教学体系,为创新应用型专业人才培养提供支撑。

Comprehensive Laboratory Construction of Industrial Engineering for Innovative Application Personnel Training

As the cross-cutting integrated and applied nature of industrial engineering, experiment and practice training plays an important role in personnel training. Corresponding, the construction of specialized laboratory has also become an important platform to support the theory teaching, and it is the necessary facilities for personnel training and scientific research professional. Combined with the characteristics of industrial engineering disciplines, conducted a comprehensive laboratory of industrial engineering construction work. There are described that comprehensive planning ideas and embodiments of industrial engineering laboratory. An integrated three-dimensional open experimental platform is constructed, which is characterized by both hardware and software, for the modern pro-fessional technology and emphasis on basic skills. Accordingly, comprehensive practice teaching system based on CDIO training mode is planning to provide innovative applications oriented professionals training support.
