摘    要:高校是科技成果市场化的重要主体。高校科技成果市场化可从以下五个方面着手:革新高校内部科研管理机制;充分利用科技园;加强产学研合作交流;加强高校知识产权保护;构建校内外科研信息服务平台。

Abstract:University is an important part of marketization of scientific and technological achievements. The marketization of scien-tific and technological achievements in colleges and universities can proceed from the following five aspects: innovativing the mecha-nism of university internal scientific research management, making full use of science and technology park, strengthening the coopera-tion of industry-university-research,strengthening the protection of intellectual property in universities and constructing internal and ex-ternal scientific research information service platform.
