明代邸报出版与社会舆情传播

作为一种官报,明代邸报的出版传播机制具有鲜明的时代特色和严密的组织程序。一方面,邸报须经由通政司、六科、提塘等机构出版传布,且对邸报的传布时间、传抄方式、讯息内容均有具体规定和严格控制。另一方面,明代邸报传播的社会舆情广涉政治、军事、经济、社会等诸多方面,表现出一定的真实性和时事性特征,是研究明代新闻出版史乃至明史的珍贵史料。但在专制时代,明代邸报的舆情传播也存在舆论控制严格、舆论影响有限、传播虚假新闻等不足。
