唐蕃法律制度比较研究

唐朝和吐蕃是中国历史上两个重要的封建王朝，作为处于同时代的两个政治实体，不同的政治、经济、文化决定了它们之间存在天然的互补性。从法律制度上讲，它们之间既保持了各自鲜明的民族文化特色，又有明显的相互影响的痕迹。历史上，唐蕃之间的这种相互依存、彼此影响的特殊关系，从一个侧面反映了藏汉两个民族源远流长的兄弟之情。

A Study on Law System of Tang Dynasty and Tubo

Tang dynasty and Tubo are two important feudal Dynasties being at the sametime in Chinese history. The different political, economic and culture made them exist natural mutual complementary.
