| Abstract: | Inertia and innovation are a pair of contradiction. It is very difficult to overcome inertia and innovate continuously. For an enterprise, above all, it must strive for the right of innovation, including fostering innovative-style corporation culture, implementing virtual crisis management, putting forward the challenging object, establishing the innovative-style structure and effective prompting system, etc. |
