管理的惰性与创新的持续性

摘    要:惰性与创新是一对矛盾,持续地克服惯性进行创新是很艰难的。对于企业来说,要克服惯性,首先要争取创新的权利,包括培育创新型的企业文化,实施"虚拟"危机管理,提出挑战性的目标,建立创新型组织和有效的激励体系。

Abstract:Inertia and innovation are a pair of contradiction. It is very difficult to overcome inertia and innovate continuously. For an enterprise, above all, it must strive for the right of innovation, including fostering innovative-style corporation culture, implementing virtual crisis management, putting forward the challenging object, establishing the innovative-style structure and effective prompting system, etc.
