硕士研究生综合素质培养的现存问题与改进研究

我国园林硕士研究生综合素质培养教育中,存在着思维能力、专业实践能力、协调能力及耐挫折能力较差,基本功不扎实,缺乏社会责任感以及科技创新能力薄弱等现实问题,借鉴国外先进教育理念,提出完善培养模式,分步分项地促进研究生综合素质和能力,严把入学和毕业质量关,提高导师队伍素质等改进建议,以期对今后我国硕士研究生的教育工作有所启发和借鉴。

Suggestions For Enhancing The Quality of Postgraduates

There are some existing problems of poor ability of postgraduate with thinking activities, specialized practice, coordination, creativity and endure setbacks, lacking of social responsibility in view of the postgraduate quality education. Some good suggestions are provided such as using the experience of other countries , improving the education system, impelling the postgraduate ability step by step, controlling the entrance and graduate quality strictly and enhancing the quality of supervisor etc. Hopefully, these ideas can enlighten the future education in this field.
