| Abstract: | "Vuvuzela",the term of a tool for football fans’ cheer and encouragement,has ascended into the English lexicon with the help of the 2010 FIFA World Cup in the Republic of South Africa,and therefore ushered in a series of concerning new words.In the birth of "vuvuzela" family lexicon,the network plays a catalytic role.Although the origin of "vuvuzela" is disputed,it is proper to translate "vuvuzela" into "呜呜祖喇" in order to keep its disparity in the source language culture and acquire the acceptance of the target language culture. |
