| Abstract: | Being one of the first provincial universities of The Plan for Educating and Training Out standing Engineers in China,Hunan Institute of Engineering regards cultivating innovative talents as the breach of the educational reform.The Institute persists in the unique feature of cultivating application-oriented talents and explores the effective methods by means of all-open experimental teaching system so as to realize the training objectives of innovative talents cultivation. |
