| Abstract: | As strengthening the construction of teaching team is an important measure for implementing quality project of higher education,it is necessary to deeply comprehend the idea of constructing chemistry teaching team and to fully acknowledge the connotation of its construction.This paper expounds mainly the specialty and objectives of constructing chemistry teaching team in the two aspects of reform in chemistry practical teaching and chemistry education teaching. |
